WARRANTIES NEED TO BE CLEAR

Warranties should be simple. For over a decade, we have proudly offered the industry’s longest-lasting warranty because our lights are built to endure. A successful warranty process relies on a transparent partnership. While product failures are extremely rare, we easily distinguish between factory defects and accidental damage. We promise to handle your claim with fairness and integrity, and we ask for the same open communication in return.

Two Year Limited Warranty: Built for the Hardcore Angler

We know that when you’re out on the water, you need gear that performs as hard as you do. Our 2-year warranty isn’t just a policy-it’s our commitment to your success on every trip.

Here’s a breakdown of what a two-year limited warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE:

If you have taken a blade and cut into the button area, your warranty is voided. This light can only be breached by authorized personnel. This is a 12V lamp. Plugging directly into house/dock current is fatal without a converter. A 24V – 36V trolling motor battery bank or any other type of power (other than 12V) will fry ALL fishing lights if done without proper conversion adapters. We will be able to see the burn if this occurs. Improper installation of battery contacts or clips without proper soldering can arc and surge the light. If we determine that any of the above occurred we will not honor the warranty. We do not warranty owner mistakes, mishaps, extreme yanking of the cord to free a “stuck light” or DIY custom clip alterations. Computer chips are electronics and you do not want to surge the lamp. We do not warrany external damage caused by owner. We do not warranty UV damage turning the acrylic glue LED sealant yellow. Always store your lamp in the black zipper bag to prevent premature acrylic yellowing.

Active Warranty: If you purchased directly from Marker 69, your registration is already on file. Online registrations are instantly verified in our system.

2-Year Duration: Your gear is covered for a full two years from the date of purchase, ensuring total peace of mind for multiple seasons.

Comprehensive Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under standard fishing conditions. Factory warrants us and we warranty you. Factory has given us guidelines of what they will warranty.

Immediate Replacement: Should we determine a defect occurred, our team handles the heavy lifting. We'll replace your unit promptly to get you back on the water.

Exclusions: To keep our standards high, this warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. We keep our gear professional; please avoid tampering.

Streamlined Procedure: We believe in simplicity. Just reach out to the Marker 69 team, and we'll guide you through the claim process.

Full Transferability: Your investment holds value. If you sell your gear, the warranty remains valid for the new owner for the remaining warranty period. New owner will be required to show a proof of purchase.
