Always heat the metal clip underside with soldering tip and let heated metal melt solder stick & coat the exposed copper wires 100%
Rust or corrosion may prevent proper connection. Inspect clips and replace if damaged.
Frayed or corroded wires can interrupt power flow. Ensure proper connection (blue = negative, brown = hot)
Low battery or inconsistent power supply can cause flickering. Test using a fully charged battery.
Check if the magnetic pin (needle-sized) is present in the rubber button. Any kitchen magnet can cycle modes
