Warranty Claim Process: The Goal Is To Resolve Your Problems Quickly
Deal Breaker: If you have taken a blade and cut into the button area, your warranty is voided. This light can only be breached by authorized personnel.
Gather Information: Before initiating the warranty claim process, gather all relevant information about your MacDaddy fishing light. Warranty claims require images of any visible damage or malfunction of any light component. If you registered your light online at LeeNoga.com, you can look up your online registration based on your name. To look up your warranty–> (click here) and supply us with the name the warranty is under based on your recent lookup. If you did not register your warranty, you must submit proof of purchase receipt to Marker 69, LLC. If you bought the light directly from Marker 69, LLC, state this in your warranty claim. Marker 69, LLC maintains the light registration automatically.
Provide Details: In the warranty claim email, please be prepared to give your information, including the light purchase date, where you bought it, and what is wrong with the light to the best of your knowledge. Pictures of the damage would be helpful. Please provide your full name, email, and phone number. Management will contact you via email or phone.
Review and Confirmation: Once your warranty claim is submitted, our team will review it. We will contact you by phone or email to resolve your warranty claim quickly.
Resolution: If we cannot initially conclude what may be wrong with the light, we will request that the light be returned us. Marker 69, LLC will send you a postage label or reimburse you for postage.
