MacDaddy Fishing Lights® currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are shipped from Edgewater, Florida using USPS.
Shipping is currently free for orders shipped within the United States.
Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours after the order is placed.
Orders cannot be shipped on Sundays or holidays.
Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Eligible non-defective products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Products that have been deployed or used in water are not eligible for a standard return or refund.
An 8% restocking fee applies to eligible standard returns.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for eligible standard returns unless MacDaddy Fishing Lights® determines that the return is our responsibility.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

MacDaddy Fishing Lights® provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended fishing use.
The warranty begins on the original date of purchase.
If a product is determined to have an eligible manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, MacDaddy Fishing Lights® will replace the defective product.
Warranty claims are resolved through product replacement and do not provide a monetary refund.
If you purchase directly from Marker 69, LLC, your purchase registration is maintained in our system.
Customers purchasing through an authorized retailer or other vendor may be required to provide proof of purchase and complete applicable warranty registration requirements.
Proof of purchase may be required for any warranty claim.
The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship occurring during normal and intended fishing use.
All warranty claims are subject to review and determination by MacDaddy Fishing Lights®.

A warranty claim is approved only after we determine that the issue is an eligible manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended operating requirements.
The following conditions may void or exclude warranty coverage:
MacDaddy Fishing Lights® products are designed for 12V operation.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by:
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper wiring, electrical connections, battery contacts, battery clips, soldering, or installation.
Warranty coverage does not apply to products that have been opened, cut, altered, modified, or otherwise tampered with by unauthorized persons.
This includes cutting into or modifying the button area or other sealed portions of the product.
Warranty coverage does not apply to external or structural damage caused by accidents, misuse, mishandling, or other customer-related causes.
This includes damage caused by excessive pulling or yanking of the cord, including attempts to remove a stuck light.
Warranty coverage does not apply to custom alterations, DIY modifications, custom battery clips, or other modifications that are not approved by MacDaddy Fishing Lights®.
Warranty coverage does not apply to cosmetic deterioration caused by UV exposure or environmental conditions, including yellowing of acrylic adhesive or sealant.
To help protect the product from premature UV-related deterioration, store the light in the supplied black zipper bag when it is not in use.
If a product is determined to have an eligible manufacturing defect, MacDaddy Fishing Lights® will replace the defective unit.
Replacement products will be provided according to the warranty determination and applicable claim instructions.
MacDaddy Fishing Lights® does not provide monetary refunds for approved warranty claims.
A replacement product does not automatically restart the original two-year warranty period unless expressly stated otherwise.
The remaining warranty period may be transferred to a new owner if the product is sold or otherwise transferred.
The new owner must provide reasonable proof of the original purchase and information necessary to verify the product and remaining warranty period.
The warranty does not restart when ownership changes. The new owner receives only the remaining portion of the original two-year warranty period.

Do not send products to an address other than the return address provided by MacDaddy Fishing Lights®.
MacDaddy Fishing Lights® does not repair sealed electronic units.
When an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed, the defective unit is replaced in accordance with the warranty terms.
The warranty begins on the original date of purchase and remains active for two years.
Warranty claims submitted after the applicable warranty period has expired are not eligible for coverage.
