TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

A two-year limited warranty is a type of warranty offered by a manufacturer or seller on a product. It guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This type of warranty typically covers repairs or replacements of the product if it fails to perform as specified within the warranty period.

Active Warranty If you bought your fishing lights from Marker69.com your registration is on file. If you registered your products online you can check the system for your registration
Duration: The warranty lasts for two year from the date of purchase with a valid product registration on file.
Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Repair or Replacement: If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product, depending on the terms outlined in the warranty.
Exclusions: Certain conditions or damages may not be covered under the warranty, such as damages caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper maintenance. Custom modifications to the light risks losing your warranty. If Marker 69, LLC determines your modifications lead to the failure of your light, your warranty will be void. Captain Lee Noga will review all warranty claims and will perform any repairs covered under warranty. If repairs are not possible, the light will be replaced with the same model product. In the event there are no older lights in stock, we will replace the light an upgraded model in stock.
Procedure: To file a warranty fishing light claim with Marker69.com
Transferability: Marker 69, LLC allows MacDaddy product users to resell their lights with a full warranty transfer upon completion of updating the databases to reflect the serial number to the new owners name.
Discretion of the Manufacture: The manufacturer reserves the right to interpret and enforce the warranty guidelines at their discretion, including determining whether a claim falls within the scope of coverage.
